The Sealdah Teacher Training Institute is recognized as one of the finest programmes of its kind in West Bengal, and introduces educators to the latest methods of instruction. Courses are offered for as short as two days, with an emphasis on practical skills that can be immediately incorporated into the classroom. The Sealdah Teacher Training Institute plays a key role in promoting the rights of children, challenging caste and gender discrimination, and championing the role of the teacher as the protector and mentor for children. |
